Among our outstanding team, we especially honour Aunty Mary Ohenewaa — the third employee of Ahtoo Montessori School since its inception, and our longest serving staff member. With 18 years of continuous service, Aunty Mary has witnessed the evolution of the school from its foundational years to its current growth and transformation. Her unwavering loyalty, sacrifice, institutional memory, dedication to the Ahtoo standard, and her long-standing commitment to the vision of our founder have made her an irreplaceable part of our story.
She represents the spirit of continuity, the heart of service, and the values that hold Ahtoo together. Her journey is a living testimony that this school was built not only by systems and philosophy — but also by people who believed deeply in the future Ahtoo was shaping.

Meet our academic supervisor - Mr. Daniel Rhema Forson.
Mr. Forson serves as the academic supervisor with dedication and vision. With extensive experience in teaching and educational leadership, he oversees academic programmes across all departments to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
He works closely with teachers to enhance instructional methods, monitor learners' progress and promote continuous improvement.
His commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and collaboration has been key to maintaining the school's outstanding performance.

Meet Our Head Of Preschool - Ms. Evelyn Amebleh.
With over a decade of experience in early childhood education, Ms. Amebleh leads the preschool department with warmth, creativity and a deep commitment to excellence.
She leads a dedicated team of teachers who create a safe, stimulating and caring environment for our youngest learners.
Her vision is to help every child develop confidence, curiosity and a lifelong love for learning.
Meet Our Head of Lower Primary - Mr. Jojo Maine Sam Baidoo.
Mr. Baidoo is a passionate and experienced facilitator, who leads the lower primary department with excellence and care.
With over ten years of service, his leadership fosters teamwork, creativity and continuous improvement among teachers.
Mr. Baidoo believes learning should be joyful and meaningful, he also believes that every child can succeed when give the right support, encouragement and opportunities to explore their potential.
Meet Our Head Of Upper Primary - Mr. Jerome Eli Ntsugbodo.
Mr Ntsugbodo leads the Upper Primary Department with a commitment to academic excellence and character formation. With over ten years of dedicated service , he brings a wealth of experience and a passion for nurturing young learners.
His leadership has greatly contributed to maintaining high academic standards and fostering a positive learning environment where every child is encouraged to excel.
Meet Our Head Of JHS - Mr. Daniel Rhema Forson.
As Head of JHS, Mr. Forson provides strong academic leadership and mentorship for both teachers and students.
He ensures that the curriculum is effectively delivered and that learners are equipped with the skills, values and discipline they need to succeed in senior high school and beyond.
His dedication to excellence and his belief in holistic education continue to drive outstanding results and a positive learning culture across the JHS.
